NATCHITOCHES, La. (KADN) — The newest class of the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame was officially inducted over the weekend.
The biggest name in that class is former New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees.
He is the record-setting, Super Bowl-winning quarterback, and MVP who played 15 years in New Orleans after joining the franchise as an unrestricted free agent in 2006.
Brees led the Saints to seven NFC South division titles, including
four straight from 2017-20.
During his time with the Saints, Brees threw for over 68,000 yards
and 491 touchdowns while completing 68.8 percent of his passes.
He was also immediately voted into the Saints Hall of Fame this past spring.
