NEW ORLEANS (NEWS 15) — The New Orleans Saints have traded four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore to the Washington Commanders, according to a report by NFL Network.
NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported the Saints made the trade in exchange for a third-round draft pick and more compensation ahead of Tuesday's 3 p.m. deadline. They attributed the information to sources.
Lattimore has missed to games this season because of a hamstring injury.
The Saints selected Lattimore out of Ohio State in the first round of the 2017 NFL draft.
He has started just shy of 100 games for the team. He has a total of 405 tackles and 15 interceptions.
