LDH: 184 New COVID-19 Cases Reported In Louisiana On March 17

BATON ROUGE, LA (KADN) - The Louisiana Department of Health reports 184 new COVID-19 cases and 21 new deaths.

That brings the state's totals to 1,230,793 cases and 16,981 deaths from the virus since the pandemic began.

LDH said that statewide, 172 people are hospitalized for COVID treatment. 18 are on ventilators.

St. Martin- 12,916 cases, 183 deaths

St. Mary- 12,456 cases, 259 deaths

Vermilion-15,230 cases, 222 deaths

184 new cases reported in the state with 21 new deaths resulting from COVID-19.
