FROM VISITE DE BROUSSARD:
Visite de Broussard Half Marathon is a new event benefitting Catholic Charities of Acadiana and St. Michael’s Center for Homeless Veterans.
The route starts and ends at the Broussard Sports Complex at St. Julien Park. From there, you will travel down St. Nazaire before heading down Main Street in Broussard. From Main Street, the route goes down the new Bernard extension and fittingly meets up with SGT Patrick Williamson’s Memorial. From there, we’ll turn around in Sabal Palms and retrace the route back to St. Julien. It’s a fast course, with beautiful scenery (I ran it last weekend, loved every second)!
