Since 1998 nearly 1000 children have died due to pediatric vehicular heatstroke. The worst part is each of these deaths was preventable. The “Once You Park, Stop. Look. Lock.” safety campaign hopes to bring attention to the very real dangers of children being left unattended in vehicles or a child accessing an unlocked vehicle and becoming stuck inside.
