SCOTT, La. (KADN) — A Lafayette Parish grand jury handed up an indictment for rape and molestation.
Court documents show Noel Casco Armando-Garcia, 34, of Scott, was formally charged with two counts of first-degree rape and molestation of a juvenile on Wednesday, September 18.
The indictment indicated the crimes happened in January 2023.
A trial date has not yet been set.
