LAFAYETTE, La. (KADN) — Four Acadiana residents will have their photos displayed in the “city that never sleeps" to celebrate the local Down syndrome community.
It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 17-month-old Remi Richard, 2-year-olds Graham Myers and Ellis Bull, and Loreauville native Kent Auzenne.

Their photos were chosen to be featured in Times Square.
They were selected from more than 3,000 entries collected by National Down Syndrome Society’s worldwide call for photos.
The pictures promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome in a very visible way.
To watch their debut on September 7, a livestream will be posted on the National Down Syndrome Society's Facebook page at 10:30 a.m.
